We offer aesthetics services through our main practice New River Dermatology. Located in Blacksburg Virginia, we provide a variety of services ranging from cosmetic injections and facials, to Coolsculpting and laser treatments.

An ideal candidate for this position must possess a strong sense of professionalism, be self-motivated, determined, and excited to provide our wide range of patients with services that help them feel beautiful and confident. We’re looking for a team member that understands the world of aesthetic medicine and can become a resource for patients looking to undergo various cosmetic and medical treatments.

**Note: A minimum of 3 years is required to apply for this position. 

Position Skills/Requirements: 

• Demonstrated knowledge in performing consultations to identify patient needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans. 

• Proficiency in performing injectable treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers including Juvederm, and B12 prescriptions. 

• Ability to perform Coolsculpting procedures, or a willingness to learn. 

• Ability to maintain accurate medical records for clients and obtain consent forms. 

• Educate clients on all procedures, including before and aftercare guidelines. 

• Uphold all federal requirements of a medical office, including HIPAA, OSHA, and client confidentiality. 

• Ability to recommend packaged services for clients in need of specialized care. 

• Confidence in providing various minimally invasive facial procedures such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and dermaplaning.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
