Insurance and Billing
We participate in a variety of different health care plans. While cosmetic procedures may not be covered, most medical procedures are. Please contact your insurance company prior to your appointment to verify that you are eligible for medical services and that we are an in-network provider. For your convenience, we have listed the most common insurance plans that we participate with. While this is not a guarantee of coverage and participation, that would have to be determined by your health care plan, this can be an effective tool for you to refer to prior to your appointment and contacting your insurance company.
Appointments
Our goal is to provide you access to our highly trained staff in a timely, efficient manner. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. If you are going to be delayed more than 10 minutes it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment for another time. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
