Four Locations, One Practice

When you have a suspicious spot, you want answers as soon as possible, and you don’t want to drive a far distance to receive exceptional care and expert diagnoses. When you’re managing a dermatological disorder every single day, you want to be able to access the treatments you need as soon as you need them.

We are committed to providing all of our patients with access to highly trained staff in a timely, efficient manner. Bearing the name “New River Dermatology” comes with an even greater responsibility: serving the entire New River Valley region. We knew from the start that one office would never be enough in order to serve our community effectively; we needed to be accessible to everyone.

Since our founding, we’ve demonstrated our commitment to accessible and efficient care by opening not one, not two, not three, but four offices throughout the New River Valley. Our foour offices - Blacksburg, Radford, Roankoke, and Wytheville - form a line on the map down I-81, stretching across a total of nearly 100 miles. Those locations were intentionally selected by the New River Dermatology team to cover as large an area as possible in order to ensure that dermatological services are available to the entire community.

Blacksburg

Home of the Hokies! Our Blacksburg office is right off Prices Fork Road, about two miles from the heart of Virginia Tech’s campus. It’s a central location to serve not only the students, staff, and faculty of Virginia Tech, but the great Blacksburg community as well. In Blacksburg, our hours are:

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Tuesday and Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Radford

Don your red, white, and tartan and visit us at our Radford office! We’re in the heart of downtown Radford, right off of Main Street and just under two miles from Radford University’s campus: perfect for students, staff, and the whole community! In Radford, our hours are:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Roanoke

Located conveniently to serve residents of Roanoke and the surrounding areas, the newest addition to the New River Dermatology family brings the same commitment to exceptional care and expert diagnoses that you've come to expect from New River Dermatology. Whether you're dealing with a chronic dermatological condition or simply in need of a routine skin check, our Roanoke office is here to provide you with timely and efficient care. In Roanoke, our hours are:

Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Wytheville

Enjoying the natural beauty of gorgeous Wytheville? You can find our Wytheville office right next to the Wytheville County Community Hospital. In Wytheville, our hours are:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Each location is staffed with incredible administrators, nurses, physician assistants, and dermatologists. We refuse to sacrifice quality care for accessible practice, and believe that everyone should have access to the same exceptional practitioners no matter where they choose to go. Having multiple locations with varied hours also means we’re able to see patients in a timely manner. Nothing is worse than living in stress and fear while waiting to be seen by a doctor. With our multiple locations, there’s no more waiting months to get a suspicious spot checked out or a mole removed.
